Isaac is a member of our corporate and transactional department where he uses his vast knowledge of the tax code to aid clients with their business needs. His vast knowledge includes corporate taxation, consolidated returns, tax procedure, natural resources taxation, property taxation, fiduciary income taxation, and tax research. He is accessible, personable, precise, and detail oriented.
After receiving his J.D. from the University of California College of Law (fka Hastings) in San Francisco, Isaac earned his LL.M. the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he spent nearly 15 years as a professor of taxation and served as the associate director and interim director of the Graduate Tax Program.
